Return policy

Lingerie is something personal and sizes can differ even with the same name voneinader. Sometimes you expected something different than you saw in photos. We understand that. Since you rarely find our exclusive assortment in the store and therefore can not taste it before you buy it, you can send articles that do not fit also back to us. If you are uncertain about sizes, please do not hesitate to order several sizes of the same item. The items you send back will be refunded subject to the following conditions:

• Return inside 14 days
• only unused, unpolluted articles in original condition
• The product packaging must not be damaged
• Stockings are only returnable with unopened packaging

We inform you about the goods receipt of the returned products and check the goods.
This process usually takes 7 days.
After release of your returned goods, we will refund the amount back to the IBAN bank or postal account number specified by you. If you have been provided with an invoice, you will receive a new invoice with deduction of the returned and checked goods.
