Order processing, delivery and tracking

Orders received Monday to Friday before 12 am will be processed the same day. Orders placed on these days after 12 am, on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day. Luxolajne accepts no responsibility for possible delays in delivery due to force majeure.

On the following Swiss holidays and on Sundays the warehouse is closed and there are no orders shipped: 1th and 2th january, easter, friday before eastern and easter monday, ascension, august 15th, 1th november, december 8th, 25th and 26th of December.

Delivery times are generally from 1-2 working days. On holidays and long weekends no deliver. If an item is not in store or may not be immediately available and extend the delivery period accordingly, is on the product page pointed out.

After the dispatch of the goods ordered, we notify you by email with the tracking number of your order. You can track your delivery online via a link on the website of our shipping partnerSwiss Post.
